So, I am going to do something that I should have done a long time ago. I am making this blog private. If you want to see it you can email me at btadams1@yahoo.com. I am allowed 100 readers and that seems like more than enough. I am leaving this up for a few days and then making it private. It is just not worth the stress anymore. Always watching what I am saying or what photos I put up because some people take it wrong. I was doing this for my kids and they will have it even if private. It is done. All of you people who complained and whined and didn't like my point of view..well you win.

reconsider dude - you have good internet presence and having such an established blog will help enormously when you go into private practice. As far as the blogosphere is concerned Scott Greenfield are gods among defense attorneys - you can be too! You make all the defense blog rolls. C'mon!!
I am pissed. A family lawyer in Anchorage sent a message around saying I "should be arrested" because I posted a pic of me and Andy (clearly) goofing off. I mean what the F? This State has gone to shit. Seriously.

sounds like libel - report them to the bar.

seriously though, you have street cred with the blog - is there a way to have both private and public posts? I've been thinking of starting one so that in 5 years I have a customer base. The internet is the new yellow pages and page rank is the new "AAA Ace Attorneys." Consider it.

I think you should go this route:

I don't know about all of that business buzz stuff, but I don't know what I'll do without reading some of the exchanges that occur from time to time.

Please don't. There are many more than 100 viewers.
Consider it re-considered. I will continue to post. If I choose to make my life public I will have to deal with some I don't care for or agree with. I thought about it and got some advice from those who matter to me and it was unanimous that I should continue writing.

That is the problem with some of those profesional types, they have a stick up there ass. That is one of the main things Deanna hates about her job and it is hard for her being around all of those stressed out acountants. Is your job like being in prison or do you have freedom to do as you please? When Deanna is done she is going to be a contractor CA and have no boss. Now she has to ask if she can go to the can, total BS! Stand your ground on this and don't let pucker boy run you off.
